The pièce de résistance was the Annual General Meeting itself which happened on the 3rd day - 21st August, 2021. Policies were promulgated to guide the operations of the NRCS in the various Departments/Units.

It was all tributes and good cheer as the Regional Delegate for West Africa and Sahel and the Italian Red Cross – Insa Moussa Ba Sane - ended his tour of duty after 2 years.
